Dear valued customers,

Some of you on the East Coast have reported issues starting yesterday with the delivery of some incoming phone calls.

Your quality of service is always our top priority. As soon as our engineering staff became aware of this potential problem, we begin trying to replicate the issue. Once we could confirm there was one way echoing audio on some but not all inbound calls, we began to investigate. Our engineering team worked through the night.

We have discovered a problem with one of our East Coast interconnecting transit network carriers. This problem is mainly the result of calls from inbound cellular phones. We worked with the carrier and believe the issue to be resolved.

We will continue to monitor the situation. If any further issues arise, they will be addressed in a timely and professional manner.

We would like to ask that if you experience any problems, you notify our support department immediately. If possible, please include the time of the incident, the number either calling you or that you were calling and the extension you were calling from or the extension on which you answered the call. Depending on direction of call flow.

You may contact us by email using support at voipster.org or by telephone at 1-877-378-1045 (or +1-502-694-3106 for international callers) and selecting option three. Additionally, support tickets may be opened by visiting http://support.voipster.org using any standard web browser.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. We appreciate your business and thank you for being a valued customer.

Sincerely,

VoIPster Communications, LLC.
