Stability and reliability of your services is of the most importance to us. We realize how important communication is your life and/or business. Therefore, to that end, we are always striving to improve our network, service offerings, accessibility and customer support with you in mind.

As part of the continual and ongoing commitment, on Friday, May 23, 2004 between the hours of 9 PM and 4 AM Eastern standard time we will be moving and expanding our primary data center.

During this time, voice telecommunication services will remain operational. However, some features will be impacted. Voicemail, faxing, and web portal access will not be available.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Should you experience any unexpected problems during this timeframe, fully staffed technical support services will be available by phone. Our network operation center team may be reached at 1-877-378-1045 during this maintenance and migration window.
