Dear Customers,

Earlier this afternoon we experienced a failure of the Core Edge Router processing all connections inside and all interconnections from our primary datacenter in Kansas City, MO.

Abrupt loss of interconnections resulted in failure of our automated systems to failover.  All services have now been restored and are currently reporting normal operational status. Our Network Operations staff is actively pursuing root cause analysis. Once analysis is completed, rest assured we will take the necessary steps to prevent such future disruptions of service.
