Thanks to you, our valued customer, we're growing. In the last eight months, our subscription rate is four times what it was this time last year. We are now delivering or connecting over 1 million transactions per day through our network.

We are honored to serve you, our customer. Quality and reliability of service is always our number one goal.

To that end, we want to let you know that 2015 is on track to be our best year yet. Next year, we will be offering a whole new product line, Additional services, more features, extended network coverage and more.

Over the next few months, engineering staff will be taking steps to prepare for this additional growth. We will start on Wednesday, September 24, 2014. We will be upgrading our equipment in our primary data center, located in Kansas City Missouri. These upgrades will take place from 8 PM Eastern time until approximately 2 AM Eastern time. While there will be approximately a 60 minute window during the upgrade process where connectivity to this facility may be interrupted, there is no expected customer facing impact. All communication services will be redirected to our alternate facility in Jacksonville Florida.

If unforeseen circumstances occur, and your service is impacted, please contact our network operation center at 877-378-1045, option 8. Strictly as a precaution, we will have additional staff standing by to assist customers as needed.
