[Customer-notifications] Seceduled core network infrastructure upgrades

Dear Valued Customers,

Saturday, February 21, 2015 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm Eastern Time, VoIPster Communications, LLC. will be upgrading the core network infrastructure of our Kansas City, Missouri datacenter. During this time, this facility will experience a service outage estimated not to exceed 45 minutes. This outage is expected to have minimal customer facing impact as all standard services will be handled by alternate datacenters.

Customers with dedicated colocated equipment within the Kansas City, Missouri datacenter which is owned by them but subscribed to a Managed Services Plan that does not include failover provisions will experience a brief outage during this time. Customers not subscribed to a Managed Services Plan will not be impacted.

During this maintenance window, customers my reach our Network Operations Center by dialing 877-378-1045 and selecting option 8. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your business.
