[Customer-notifications] Recent issues when deleting voicemails - RESOLVED

Dear Valued Customers,

Some of you in specific geographical regions reported issues when attempting to delete voicemails from your phones. Our investigation found this to be due to a faulty voicemail application in two of our recently updated soft-switches. We have been actively working with support staff of the soft-switch vendor and have now resolved this issue. You may now successfully delete voicemail messages from your phone normally.
