[Customer-notifications] IMPORTANT changes to the Support Portal

Dear Valued Customers,

There has been a slight change in our online support center. 
If you are having problems and need to reach assistance online through our online support center, you must now register creating a username and password. This small change is to better assist you with your needs, and keep everything running smoothly. There will now be a better self-help center including our knowledge base.

If you have previously registered, or think you may have registered you can login accordingly at support.voipster.org. If you forgot your password, click “Sign In.” Then a prompt will show below the sign in button that says “Forgot My Password.” Follow those instructions accordingly. 

If you have not registered, use the directions below to create a username and password:

1. Go to http://support.voipster.org/. 
2. Once here, click on “Sign In” in the upper right hand corner.
3. If you are registered and know your username (usually your e-mail address) and password log in here.
4. If you are not sure of your credentials, in the middle of the screen, click on “Create an Account.”
5. From here add the contact information accordingly. Click “Register.” 
6. You will receive an email confirming your registration. 
7. Once you are registered, click on the link in the email, and confirm.

Once you log in, you can create a support ticket from there. If any of this message is not clear or you are still have concerns feel free to contact Voipster Communications Support Center by sending e-mail to support at voipster.org and one of our technicians will be happy to assist you.
