Dear Valued Customers,

Our Network Engineering Team will be conducting improvements and enhancements to the core network infrastructure of our Jacksonville, Florida facility from 8pm to 10pm Eastern time, January 06, 2016. During this time, customers with co-located equipment or shared services housed within our Jacksonville, Florida facility may experience some brief interruptions in service. Please be assured that telephone services will not be affected.
