[Customer-notifications] Trouble recieving calls from AT&T Wireless customers

Dear Valued Customer,

We are experiencing technical difficulties with AT&T Wireless phone calls (in the Kentucky market only). If anyone is trying to call your number using an AT&T Wireless phone line, the phone will produce a busy signal. 

This is an issue on the AT&T wireless network. We are currently working with AT&T on the situation and will getting this fixed as soon as possible.

Any existing AT&T customers that are experiencing this problem, please dial 611 on your cell phones to help ensure AT&T that this is a problem.
