[Customer-notifications] Support & Porting Availability: Thanksgiving

The holidays are fast approaching, and the annual office debate over the best way to cook a Thanksgiving turkey has already begun. 

We wanted to give you advance notice that there will be limited support availability on Thursday, November 24 & Friday, November 25 in observance of Thanksgiving. As it is a holiday for every carrier, we will not be able to process any of your port orders during this time either - as much as we really want to. While we would love to be at our phones to take your calls, we will be at home spending time with our families, cooking the perfect turkey and of course waiting in line for that sweet deal on 65" Samsung TVs at Best Buy. 

During this time phone support will be unavailable and all noncritical tickets and port orders will be picked up early on Monday, November 28th. On-call technicians will be actively monitoring our network for any issues and to respond to any trouble tickets submitted with emergency severity. Please submit any support requests at support.voipster.org.
