[Customer-notifications] Daylight Savings Time begins March 12, 2017 at 2am in your local timezone

In many of our U.S. based service areas as of March 12, 2017 at 2am in your local timezone clocks will be adjusted because Daylight Savings Time will begin. Our servers automatically adjust and will update your phones the next time they check-in with our servers (which usually occurs Sunday night at midnight in your local timezone).

If for some reason your phone or phones don't update or you simply want to update them prior to their next check-in, please follow these instructions:

1. Press the Menu (on older models the Intercom) key.
2. Press 3.
3. Press 2.
4. When prompted for a password, type 456 then press the button under Enter shown on the on-screen display.
5. Press 3.
6. When prompted to Reboot Phone, press the button under Yes shown on the on-screen display.

Once your phone completes the reboot process which can take upto 7 minutes in rare cases, the correct time and date should be displayed.  If not, please visit http://support.voipster.org to open a ticket and one of our technicians will be happy to assist you.
