Dear Valued Customer,

Our primary data center conducted electrical maintenance starting Wednesday 9/27/2017 at 6:00am Central Time. They were making repairs and upgrades to the electrical systems. This required the data center power feeds be shut. Most of our services were not impacted. We have been informed, the maintenance has been successfully completed.

The network has returned to fully operational status. If you have any concerns or issues, please reach out to the Technical Support Department. We are happy to assist.
