[Customer-notifications] NETWORK UPGRADES IN JACKSONVILLE DATA CENTER

Dear valued Customers, 


On Friday, July 20, 2018 starting at 3pm Eastern Time, VoIPster Communications will be conducting network upgrades in the Jacksonville, FL data center. The upgrades are expected to take less than 1 hour. However, if unexpected complications arise, may take up to 2 hours. 


During this time, telecommunications services are not expected to be impacted. However, customers with colocated and/or dedicated equipment within this facility should expect service disruptions. We are aware these disruptions cause inconvenience for our customers. Resolving them is our first priority. We will send another email once upgrades have been completed.
