UPDATE: We are having to push this back to 12/26/2019. Our equipment did not arrive on time today to be installed tonight so we are going to follow the same schedule starting at 2100 on 12/26/2019. We apologize for the inconvenience. 


Dear Customers,

We would like to wish you Happy Holidays! We wanted to let our current customers located in our Florida data center know that we are upgrading our power supply and this upgrade is scheduled to be done on 12/24/2019 at 2100. It is scheduled to last about 3 hours. During this time everything will be down for the scheduled 3 hours with an exception to our telephone services. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but this will only make the reliability of our services even greater. 

During this time if you need assistance please call 502-991-8647 or 844-991-8647. We will have additional personal on stand-by to address any customer needs.
