[Customer-notifications] Recent Outages Update

Dear Valued Customers,

Due to a series of events out of our control we have experienced numerous outages over the last month. This could have possibly left you without service for somewhere around 20 minutes. With each incident we have worked with the facility to resolve as quickly as possible. We are continuing to actively monitor the situation while a permanent solution is implemented this evening at approximately 9:00pm EST to 11:00pm EST. We apologize for any inconvenience.
