[Customer-notifications] Scheduled Maintenance 04/8/2020

Dear Customers,

We wanted to let our current customers located in our Kansas City data center and our VoIP phone customers know that we are expecting a scheduled outage tomorrow evening (4/8/2020) from 22:00 to 01:00 Eastern time. It is scheduled to last about 3 hours. During this time VoIP services will not be impacted, but e-mail will be down. Voice mail and fax to e-mail will be down and unavailable during this time. Services will be down for the scheduled 3 hours. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but this will only make the reliability of our services even greater.

If you need assistance please log into the support portal and create a ticket or call us at 502-991-8647. As e-mail will be down, e-mailing a support ticket will not go through during the scheduled outage.
