7/23/2020 Kansas City Data Center outage

Dear Customers,

Starting at approximately 2:15 PM EST today, our Kansas City Data Center experienced a full network unreachable condition because of changes made by facility management without notifying us first. We have worked with facility management to resolve the issue and have determined all services should be restored. In addition to that, we are working with facility management to update their procedures in an effort to avoid such issues again. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
