[Customer-notifications] Reported Call Quality Issues

Dear valued customers, 

In the last few weeks (specifically over the last few days) we have received more reports than usual with call quality and audio issues. We are seeing this with other providers as well, but after investigating we have found that the issue is primarily with Spectrum Communications. In speaking to our representative for Spectrum, we have been told that due to the number of people working and schooling from home their network capacity is at a much higher rate of saturation than normal. 
	
We understand that they are working to resolve this, but we do not have an estimated timeframe. We realize your usage and quality of our services may be impacted and we apologize. These are new and ever evolving times for us all.
