[Customer-notifications] Possible brief service disruption

Dear Valued Customers,

About half an your ago, our Security Team detected and responded to an extreme system load on one of our call delivery nodes. Investigation indicated malicious attempts to breech our network. Our first priority was to stop the activity. Next we successfully ensured network integrity. Finally, we patched and repaired the node which experienced the issue. The node had to be rebooted to complete the update. Although I was aware that rebooting the node would drop calls in progress on that node, in the interest of safety for the network and our customers, I authorized a immediate reboot of the node.

I sincerely applogize to any customers and users that may have experienced dropped calls and thank you for your understanding.
