Dear Valued Customer,

We want to let you know that we will have limited support availability on Thursday, December 24 and Friday, December 25 in observance of Christmas. During this time phone support will be unavailable and any noncritical tickets will be handled the next business day, Monday, December 28. 
    
Rest assured. We will have on-call technicians monitoring the network for issues and emergency trouble tickets in-between their holiday cheer and fa la la la la'ing.
