We want to let you know that we will have limited support availability on Friday, January 1 in observance of New Year’s Day. During this time phone support will be unavailable and any noncritical tickets will be handled the next business day, Monday, January 4. 

Have no fear! We will have on-call technicians monitoring the network for issues and emergency trouble tickets. I can’t, however, guarantee that your technician won’t already be three sheets to the wind* by the time they respond. :)
