We want to update you on the 2015-01-13 service interruption that impacted our US customer recently.

Issue: Direct Media audio packet delivery from upstream provider was failing due to improperly coded SSL transit handler from upstream provider,

Impact: Brief internal (extension-to-extension) call routing undeliverable and Voicemail, fax and recording data restored from backups.

Resolution: Upstream Provider's code patched internally by VoIPster Communications, LLC.

Issue Duration: 18 minutes, 11 seconds.

We have completed a RCA. The status of this issue is now closed.
