Providing you and your business with reliable service is always our first priority. I want to let you know that our Engineering and Support Teams have been monitoring and addressing any issues as quickly as possible. Thanks to the dedication of those teams, I am very proud to say that global network services are fully restored and 100% operational. All services have been functioning for several hours now. 

Some clients may experience a few devices such as telephones that have not automatically reconnected to our network. If you experience this, simply power-cycle the device. Once the device completes it's reboot process (usually within 3-5 minutes) it should operate as normal. If you have any questions or need assistance please contact 877-378-1045, Option 8.
