[Customer-notifications] Holiday Support & Porting Availability

The holidays are fast approaching and if you are anything like us, this means the race to find the perfect last minute gift is on. 

We wanted to give you advance notice that there will be limited support availability Friday, December 23rd through Monday, December 26th in observance of Christmas. As it is a holiday for every carrier, we will not be able to process any of your port orders during this time either- as much as we really would like to. 

During this time phone support will be unavailable and all noncritical tickets and port orders will be picked up early on Tuesday, December 27th. On-call technicians will be actively monitoring our network for any issues and to respond to any trouble tickets submitted with emergency severity. Please submit any support requests using the support.voipster.org ticket system.
