In observance of New Year’s, we will have limited technical support on Monday, January 2. During this time phone support will not be available and all noncritical tickets will be handled on the next business day - Tuesday, January 3. With it being a holiday for every carrier, port orders submitted on Monday will be processed on Tuesday. 

During the holiday, we will have our on-call technicians actively monitoring the network for issues and emergency tickets. In the event you have an issue arise, please submit a ticket at support.voipster.org, so we can expedite and resolve your request.
