Dear Valued Customers,

On Tuesday, we experienced inbound calling issues as a direct result of an outage with Level 3, which may have impacted your service. To provide you with transparency into the issue and resolution, below you will find the Reason For Outage (RFO) report from Level 3 outlining the service impact.
 

We are taking measures internally to expand our native coverage and thereby reduce exposure to individual 3rd party networks. Our goal is to provide customers with 95% rate center coverage by mid-2017.
