[Customer-notifications] VoIPster Communications 800 Water St Facility Lockdown - Hurricane Update

Dear Valued Customers,

The VoIPster Communications 800 Water Street datacenter will be open for VoIPster Communications customers only during the pre and post storm lockdown state.  We have been notified by the Law Enforcement Unit that Friday AM will begin a lockdown state until the storm passes.

During the active lockdown state, only essential employees of VoIPster Communications will be allowed to be present within the Federal Reserve facility.  

Our team of technicians will maintain and respond to all support tickets and perform basic remote hands at no cost for the duration of the storm until the lockdown is lifted.

We welcome customer access on Thursday prior to the lockdown on Friday. VoIPster Communications will immediately notify all customers when Law Enforcement changes the state of the facility post lockdown. We feel confident that this should be sometime Saturday afternoon, or Sunday morning.

Our operations team has implemented its standard emergency response protocols.

This will ensure: appropriate engineering, vendor and security coverage during the event as well as ensuring the availability of critical spares, diesel fuel and emergency supplies.

Any incidents impacting site operations will be communicated to the affected customers through our standard communication procedures.  

VoIPster Communications will continue to closely monitor the track of this storm and will provide an update if there are any significant changes.
