[Customer-notifications] 09-19-2017 outage

Dear Valued Customers,

This morning our primary datacenter experienced a facility-wide outage. Our Support and Engineering personnel immediately reached out to the datacenter. We also took steps to minimize the impact to our customers.

As of now, all we know is that the datacenter "encountered an environmental issue", we have no further details as to the cause at this time. We believe impact to our customers was minimal. However, we do know, some analog devices (such as fax machines) were affected. This is because analog devices are not capable of peering with multiple locations at the same time.

Our network has returned to fully operational status.

We sincerely apologize for today's issues and any hardship it has caused our customers. Reliability for our customers is and will remain our primary concern.
