[Customer-notifications] Primary Data center Scheduled Maintenance 9/27/17 6:00am central time

Dear Valued Customer,

As you may already know, our primary data center experienced a full facility-wide outage yesterday. See http://mon1.lvnv.voipster.org/pipermail/customer-notifications/2017-September/000046.html for more information about that outage.

As a result of yesterday's outage, the data center will be conducting electrical maintenance starting Wednesday 9/27/2017 at 6:00am Central Time. They will be making repairs and upgrades to the electrical systems. This maintenance work will require the data center power feeds be shut. Most of our services should not be impacted.

Here is the estimated time frame we have been given by the data center:

Maintenance Start time: Wednesday, September 27, 2017 6:00am Central Time
Maintenance End time: Wednesday, September 27, 2017 9:00am Central Time

Expected Downtime: 3-4 hours

Our Support and Engineering personnel will take steps to minimize the impact to our customers. However, some analog devices (such as fax machines) may be affected. We are making every effort to avoid customer impact. As part of that, we are asking you to review our Support Policy and ensure the are familiar with contact methods to reach us, in case a problem is encountered.
