As part of the continual and ongoing commitment, on Friday, May 18, 2018 between the hours of 10:00pm and 11:59pm eastern standard time we will be upgrading and expanding our primary data center. 


During this time, voice telecommunication services will remain operational. However, some features may be impacted. Voicemail, faxing, and web portal access may not be available. 


We apologize for any inconvenience. Should you experience any unexpected problems during this time frame, fully staffed technical support services will be available by phone. Our network operation center team may be reached at 1-844-991-VoIP (8647) during this maintenance window. 


Should you have any questions or concerns prior to the scheduled maintenance and migration, please contact our technical support team by visiting https://support.voipster.org and opening a ticket or dial +1-502- 991-VoIP (8647) and select option 8 to speak with our technical support team.
