[Customer-notifications] SCHEDULED SERVICE IMPACT - Friday, February 1, 2019 5pm - 11pm Eastern Time - Jacksonville Data Center Migration

Dear valued Customers, 



On Friday, February 1, 2019 starting at 5pm Eastern Time, VoIPster Communications will be migrating the Jacksonville, FL data center to a newer facility. The migration is expected to take a total of 6 hours. However, if unexpected complications arise, may take up to 8 hours. 


What you need to know: 




    * During this time, the support portal will be unavailable. Customers requiring immediate emergency assistance during the time frame of the migration should e-mail support at voipster.org or call +1.502-991-8647. Non-emergency assistance requests received during the migration will be processed in the order received once the migration is complete. 
    * Telecommunications, broadcasting and streaming web and e-mail services are not expected to be impacted. 
    * Our Dynamic DNS Services will not be available during the migration, 
    * Customers with colocated and/or dedicated equipment within this facility should expect service disruptions starting at 7pm Eastern Time. We are aware these disruptions cause inconvenience for our customers. Resolving them is our first priority. 
    * We will send another email once upgrades have been completed.
